How a student initiative evolved into a professional technology company
The 42Junior Initiative
During our time at École 42 Luxembourg, we founded 42Junior, an ASBL inspired by the French 'Junior Enterprise' model, to bridge the gap between academic excellence and real-world business needs. Our goal was to create a platform where talented developers from School 42 could gain professional experience while delivering value to companies.
When regulatory constraints in Luxembourg prevented us from continuing 42Junior as planned, we made a strategic decision to evolve. We transformed our vision into A42, a full-fledged technology company that maintains the innovative spirit and commitment to excellence that has driven us from the beginning. This pivot allowed us to expand our capabilities and better serve our clients' needs.
